主要职责

1. 利用各种渠道通过电话销售，寻找新客户，开拓新市场，
2. 联系客户，协调招生部门员工的上门拜访及签约。
3. 挖掘并跟踪潜在客户，介绍本公司的产品及服务；
4. 根据客户的不同需求，有针对性的为客户讲解本公司的服务；
5. 每月完成既定的销售指标；完成每周的电话销售报告，记录客户的背景情况，及时和各大区销售人员沟通协调，为销售人员做好拜访前的准备工作。
6. 协助经理完成销售部其他相关事宜。

职位要求：

1. 本科以上学历，工作经验多或能力强的可适当放宽要求；
2. 有商务谈判、电话销售、网络销售及面销等销售经验优先录取；
3. 有从业销售企业服务的电话销售的成功经验优先录取。
4. 表达清晰、流利，有强烈的事业进取心及企图心；
5. 有自信，要相信自己可以做好销售，有强烈的赚钱欲望。
6. 电脑操作熟练、擅用网络资源；
7. 良好的职业道德、职业操守及团队合作意识，抗压力强，具备良好的人际沟通能力。
8. 英语良好优先；
