岗位职责：

1.负责设计车型/平台网络拓扑和制定网络技术需求；
Responsible for the design of vehicle/platform network topology and network technology requirements;
2.负责制定网络通信需求，网络通信矩阵和网络数据库；
Responsible for formulating network communication requirements, network communication matrix and network database;
3.负责设计和开发网络通信协议仿真试验，网络通信规范，网络线束规范；
Responsible for the design and development of network communication protocol simulation test, network communication specifications, network harness specifications;
4.负责网关控制器及具有相同网络通信功能的接口控制器路由策略的定义；
Definition of Routing Policy for Gateway Controller and Integrated Gateway Controller.
5.负责电子电气开发过程中的网络相关问题分析解决；
Responsible for the analysis and solution of network related problems in the process of electronic and electrical development
6.按照专业能力发展规划进行能力提升；
Promoting Professional Competence in accordance with Professional Competence Development Planning
7.完成上级交办的各项任务。
Complete all tasks assigned by superiors

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，至少两年主机厂工作经验；
Full-time undergraduate degree or above, at least 2 years of experience in the OEM;
2、掌握车载网络通信的原理；
Familiar with the principle of Vehicle Network Communication
3、掌握整车网络管理策略；
Familiar with Vehicle Network Management Strategy
4、熟悉网络通信和网络诊断协议
Familiar with network communication and network diagnosis protocol
5. 良好的沟通能力，团队合作和自我工作管理能力,
Good communication and coordination ability.
6.较强的归纳、统计、分析和判断力，文档规范编写能力
Strong ability of induction, statistics, analysis and judgment, and document writing skills
