Job Title: MarCom Manager

Business Division: Aftermarket

Team: Brand & Communication

Location: #118, De Lin Road, China(Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone

Responsibility

1.   Lead in Marcom Initiatives eg. advertising, brand campaign, customer event, tradeshow, roadshow, press conference.

2.    Work with the sales and category team in new product/ new business launch, incl, package, label design, leaflet, brochure, promotion campaign, video, training materials, etc.

3.    Lead in Channel(platform, WD garage, service station)support, incl, Shop VI, signage & billboard, display guideline, POS package, etc.

4.    Support for logo conversion global project on behalf of AP region.

5.   Budget plan, control, monitor on offline marketing parts, responsible for internal purchasing process in system.

6.    Liaise with external vendors and agencies to ensure that their work meets the requirement and within budget

7.     Work as main contact window for developing and implementing PR & Media plan (offline parts), closely work with digital media to promote Delphi brand.

8.    Other task assigned when necessary.

Requirement:

1.   Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, business administration or related major.

2.   Proven ability to develop and implement the offline/Channel communications strategies

3.   Fluency in Chinese and English with excellent writing and presentation skills

4.   Self-motivated and self-directed and could work under pressure.

5.   Ability to multi-task, result driven and fast learner.

6.   At least 5 years relevant experience in Marketing, 3 years in event management and implement experience.
