Job
Purpose:

？ This role responsible for all warehouse management,
including transportation and warehouse handling management. This role should
make warehouse running smoothly, compliant with high working efficiency, also
need leadership for people management, overall thinking for business strategy.

？ Work together with logistics purchase team and
operation team for tender and logistics contract renew, make sure service level
is satisfied.

？ Monitor the warehouse and transportation KPIs to
continuously improve the work efficiency and work together with 3PL for
solutions for cost saving

？ Execution for warehousing and transportation
projects

Key Accountabilities:

·
Warehouse
handling management 30%: Deploy the warehouse handling SOP for warehouse 3PL,
monitor the warehouse KPI, monitor warehouse control in and out bound
operations efficiency; supervise the warehouse housekeeping and bin
consolidation activity; To control of the stock accuracy, conduct quarterly
whole stock taking activity and monitor 3PL daily stock taking report. Keep
work closely with both IT and warehouse operation team to ensure the operation
issues to be solved timely and with the clear justifications.

Warehouse
optimization 10%: Maintain flexibility and scalability in the layout design,
optimize racking and storage space, maximize use of available space. Analyze
storage cost on monthly basis, seeking for cost saving opportunity, work
together with 3PL for best cost structure without sacrifice the service level.

Transportation
management 20%: Define clear KPIs for transportation service providers; monitor
transportation accuracy and punctual rate on monthly basis for each service
provider; analyze the freight structure per product category and product line
items; provide freight guideline for category management for accurate cost
structure calculation; Continuously review the freight structure and work
together with logistics sourcing and operation team for cost reduction without
influence the service level.

Warehouse
and transportation project 20%: support for implement the bar coding and
traceability project in the warehouse; Implement and enforce Best Practice Lean
Logistics Tools and Techniques to optimize warehouse efficiency within budget,
taking care of training and coaching warehouse associates and staff of 3PL.

· Warehouse and transportation daily operation
management 20%: monitor the warehouse and distribution cost, ensure the
expenses aligned within the target; supervise the in and out bound operation
efficiency; solve warehouse daily activity issues concerning logistics
department, and monitor customer complaint and solve issues to improve the
relationship

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor degree
• 5 years of warehouse and transportation
       management experience
• 3PL management experience is necessary and
       experience in 3PL logistics is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill
       with service provider(3PL warehouse & Transportation company)
• Proven track record of influencing cross
       functional and drive decision
• Experience in lean management techniques
• Good computer skill at MS office and Warehouse
       Management System, knowledge & experience in ERP/SAP applications is
       necessary.
