Responsibilities ? Network Strategy
- Based on market research result as well as overall company business target, work out retail network strategy, develop concepts and plans for achieving objectives successfully as well as for competition dominance;
- Full overview of all network development activities to make sure efficient working result by identification and optimization working processes for dealer development activities;
- Develop facility strategy for dealer network and to reflect future strategic planning;
- Supply facts and figures to evaluate efficiency of the strategy, policies and process, and to measure the overall performance against established plans and standards;
- Interface with government affairs for market specific requirements from MOFCOM, e.g. brand sales policy;

- Responsible for network planning to ensure efficient & sufficient retail level brand presence;
- Detailed planning of retail network with different outlet type applied to different cities with customer orientation;
- Evaluate the efficiency of the network by data & facts to planning adjustment when necessary.
? Market strategy implementation
- initiate overall market strategy for retail network;
- steer the actions to be implemented with required quality assured;
- make necessary adjustment whenever applicable.
Qualifications ? Diploma in Business Administration of an University or University of applied Science.
? Strong project management skills and ability to manage complexity
? good paper work and presentation skill is favorable
? Business fluent English & Mandarin
? Quick understanding of Business processes
? Strong Analytical, conceptual capabilities
? Excellent communication skills
? Strong capabilities in preparing reports, illustrations of analysis results as well as presentations
? Good skills with Excel, Power Point and Access
? Four to six years experience in sales & dealer development functions, preferred in multi-national automotive companies preferred or comparable experience
