职位描述

  • Responsible for the coordination of all technical activities on assigned projects.

  • Responsible for feasibility analysis/ mechanical design/ prototype/structure testing/equipment validation, and solve the structure process problems.

  • Responsible for the prototype equipment testing with related standards.

  • Responsible for the development testing instruction to validate the samples and design. To make sure our equipment in high quality and high level of reliability, and advantageous.

  • Complete and optimize the technical standard and procedure in each gate.

  • Cooperate with electronic engineer to complete the function design and validation.

    Skills/Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years Mechanical Engineering or automation design, or equivalent.
  • In-depth experience and understanding of automation equipment mechanical structure. New equipment product and independent design are must
  • Familiar with Solidworks 3D& 2D design, high level of engineering drawing.
  • Familiar with difference mechanical machining method, like sheet metal, extruding, die-casting, CNC, injection, surface treatment etc.

  • Knowledge with DFMEA/DFM, and project driving and management.

  • UV curing equipment experience is perfect.
  • Team performance management knowledge.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • High level of Self-motivation
