Our forensic and integrity services undertakes a wide range of engagements, including complex fraud investigations; FCPA and financial investigations; business valuation, commercial disputes, litigation support and expert witness engagements.

As a Consultant, you will contribute to client matters by completing assigned tasks accurately and on time with regular supervision. You will typically undertake tasks such as analysing accounting and financial data, performing calculations, and documenting your work. You are expected to communicate effectively with other team members, and to take an interest in how your work fits into the overall project plan.

You will work with senior members of the team, and receive internal training, on-the-job coaching and mentoring. You will need to develop a strong knowledge of the legal process, especially with regard to litigation, fraud and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities

Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time with regular supervision

• 重建信息不完整的会计记录

Reconstruct accounting records from incomplete information.

• 分析和诠释大量的会计记录 

Analyse and interpret large volumes of accounting records.

• 评估会计证据的可靠性

Assess the reliability of accounting evidence. 

• 参与调查访谈和客户会议

Participate in investigative interviews and client meetings.

• 按照会计准则审核财务报表

Review financial statements for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.

• 进行公司和行业分析

Undertake company and industry analysis.

• 进行财务比率和公司分析，建立财务模型和现金流贴现模型

Perform financial, ratio and comparable company analysis and financial and discounted cash flow modelling.

• 协助起草专家报告、客户报告和演示文稿

Assist with the preparation of draft expert reports and client reports and presentations.

• 与客户交流，包括律师、内部法律顾问和高级会计人员

Interact with clients, including lawyers, in house counsel and senior accounting personnel.

• 出席社交联谊和营销活动，以建立人脉网络

Undertake networking and marketing activities to begin to develop professional contacts.

Contribute to company initiatives and team development activities.

岗位要求

Key Requirements

• 大学本科，主修会计、金融、经济或相关专业

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.

• 获取（或在最后阶段将获取）国内或国际认可的专业会计资格

Obtained (or at the final stage of obtaining) China or internationally recognised professional accounting qualification. 

• 2 – 4 年的专业会计经验，包括财务调查，诉讼支持，专家证人经验或业务估值

2-4 years of professional accounting experience, including experience in financial investigations, litigation support and expert witness services, and/or business valuation.

• 流利的英语和普通话的听说读写能力

Fluency in Mandarin, proficiency in both written and spoken English required.

• 出色的人际沟通和写作技巧

Strong communication and writing skills.

• 出色的分析和数量分析能力

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.

• 熟悉会计原理

Sound knowledge of accounting principles.

• 熟悉微软软件

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office applications.
