Position:
Financial Analyst
Location: Waigaoqiao, Shanghai
Job Description
·
Prepare monthly financial reports and
ensures their accuracy and timeliness, analyze and explain variances on
target VS actual
· Lead
monthly rolling forecast with 12 months
·
Assists finance manager on target setup and monitor
·
Assists in preparing special cost studies as required
· To
analyze performance and other information, recommend proposals for corrective
actions
· To
develop and implement appropriate product costing procedures and disseminate
information to the relevant department for execution
· To
advise management on appropriate actions to minimize working capital, and to
enhance effectiveness and quality of business decisions
·
Assist to optimize the operation process and provide accurate
information to management timely
· To be
responsible for supervising finance planning & analysis team and promoting
team spirit and continuous development
· To
support in the explanation of the financial accounting and control system to
both internal and external auditors
Job Requirements
·
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
· At
Least 4 Years Working Experience In costing or Financial Analysis With
Multinational Companies
·
Excellence In Oral And Written English And Ms Office Tools
· Be
excellent on sense of figure and analytical skill and communication,Strong analytical skill
· Have
a Experience in Tax and Treasury
· Good
communication with people at all levels
