岗位职责：

1、对接酒店公寓设计，配合公司完成公寓项目实地量房、设计；

2、完成设计方案拟定、设计图纸和施工图纸绘制；

3、与设计总监，项目设计师和施工单位进行良好的沟通和配合；

4、负责项目图纸深化工作，使最终施工图设计具有完全的可实施性；

5、熟悉各种装修材料，施工工艺和规范，能完成公寓产品施工现场的配合与交涉；掌控施工现场进度；

6、完成部门领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、室内设计或环境艺术专业专科及以上学历；

2、至少5年以上的室内设计和施工图纸绘制以及深化经验；

3、丰富的现场管理经验，有大型项目现场施工对接经验者优先；

4、能够熟练操作设计类软件，SU/PS/3DMAX/CAD等，会做效果图者为佳；

5、具有工装（公寓、酒店、学校、医院等）工作经验者为佳；
