职位描述
Alodote provides assistance to international companies who source products from or have some or all of their products manufactured in Greater China. Critical in our service provision to these clients is the management of the manufacturing processes including the key aspects of Supply Chain Management and Quality Control.
Responsibilities:
The position reports to the Account Manager and interact with other team members.
The primary role of the position is to ensure that clients’ orders at various manufacturing facilities in China are properly followed up and QC inspections are carried out as per work instructions. Records need to be kept in the company’s quality system. In the meantime, product sourcing/research work will also be required.
Experience and Skills:
- Good English communication skills. English Level 6 or above is desired
- At least 1 year’s working experience, and able to do supplier-searching work.
- Preference is for a person with good international trading background.
- Potential to be trained as a manager and able to work autonomously later on.
- Proficient in use of MS Excel & Word, Outlook etc.
