任职资格：

1. 良好的计算机视觉或模式识别技术背景
2. 熟悉手势识别等相关算法
3. 精通C/C++，熟悉OpenCV，熟悉Matlab或相关仿真工具
4. 研究生以上学历（计算机视觉、模式识别或相关专业）
5. 良好的英语沟通能力
