质检员岗位职责：

1. 负责协助完成原材料的来料检验;

2. 负责对不合格品标识及处理结论执行。

3. 负责检验工具的日常维护，校准。

4. 负责工作环境维护，定期对样件进行整理。

5. 负责成品的外表检验;

6. 负责检验记录的填写和数据的收集汇总。

7. 配合销售支持、技术部和其他各部门完成对新产品的产前样品测试，以及其他事物处理;

8. 上级主管安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、高职或大专机械相关专业，2年以上工作品质经验(IQC或IPQC都可);

2、熟悉电子元器件、塑料件、机加钣金件的原材料检验;

3、熟悉QC七大手法和机械制图基础，了解ISO基础知识能够独立完成作业指导书、检验规范文件的编制;

4. 熟悉掌握安规测试的相关标准，能够熟练使用检验常用的相关仪器、仪表。

5. 熟练使用office办公软件

6. 具有良好的问题分析能力;良好的团队协作精神;

7. 工作认真，严谨细致，有责任心，有原则性，有条理性。

8. 能够用英语进行简单交流，包括口语和书面。
