4. 两年以上相关工作经验，相关设计专业毕业。

5. 有一定的设计理念，能准时，高效的完成工作

6 熟悉了解网络相关设计要求和H5以及web页面制作相关流程

7. 专注细节，善于交流，抗压力强。

8. 能熟练运用PHOTOSHOP、ILLUSTRATOR等设计软件，会插画或动画者优先
