Responsibilities:
职责与工作任务：

1.Solving operating problems
解决生产中的问题;

2.Process optimization: cycle time, machine utilisation, tooling, fixtures etc.
工艺最优化： 节拍，设备利用，刀具，夹具等;

3.New product process design:process routing design,process drawing,CNC program,tooling,fixtures,cycle time estimating
新产品工艺设计，包括但不限于工艺流程规划，工艺图绘制，数控编程（车床和加工中心），刀具选用，夹具设计，节拍时间估算;

4.Documenting the improvements from implemented solutions
记录已实施的处理方案的所有工艺改进;

5.Keep reducing cost by improvement of process,program , tooling,fixturesg etc.
通过改善工艺流程，程序，刀具，夹具等，不断降低成本;

6.Evaluation and application of raw materials
原材料的评估和应用;

7.Changing machining processes to make them compliant with new designs or changes
更新机加工工艺来使他们符合新的设计或变化;

8.Working with the Company's outside vendors to ensure conformance to machining and quality standards
和公司的外部供应商合作，确保机加工和质量标准达标;

9.Ensuring work areas are meeting required company production output rates.
确保车间达到公司规定的产量;

Requirements:
任职资格：

1.College degree or above 大专以上学历;

2.Mechanical Engineering 机械工程;

3.At least 2-year machinning process experience
至少2年以上的机加工工作经验;

4.Good skills of processes including turnning,grinding (OD),CNC machinning center,AutoCAD,Solidworks/CAM , specifying running parameters (speeds/feeds, etc) for each of those operations, designing fixtures, tool sizing and selection.
熟悉车,磨（外圆磨）,加工中心等机器，熟练使用AutoCAD,Solidworks/CAM,并指定所有上述工艺的运行参数（速度/进给，等），设计夹具，刀具选型;

5.Basic communication skills both written and verbal English
·基本的英语书面和口头沟通能力 ;

6.Good command of computer skills
良好的沟通能力;
7.Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill and familiar with safety regulations system

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. We create the most power dense, light weight axial flux powertrain solutions in the world. Developed for motorsport or daily commercial duty, out compact, light weight designs reduce powertrain mass, improving vehicle performance, increasing payload and range.

Omni Gear and Magelec Propulsion are from the Omni Powertrain Technologies Family. We design, engineer and manufacture gearboxes, axial flux motors and its own in house designed inverters making them one ofthe few complete Powertrain drive system suppliers in the world. OPT’s strong presence in existing markets gives us the ability to leverage these relationships with itsaxial flux motors and inverters increasing the platform value 2-3x over gearboxes alone. OPT is exceptionally well positioned to capitalize on the movement to electromechanicalfor both on and off-highway application.
