Responsibility:

Design, develop and test new equipment control systems and complete commissioning activities on time;

Provide programming development, testing and support for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Computerized Control Systems, Control Wiring, Process Control, Building Control Systems, Instrumentalism, Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) and process networks

Be proficient in Delta V system and other PLC control system

Participate of selection of equipment instrument, control module and others

Analyze data and present findings in clear written reports

Learn plant operations and existing systems (control, network, data management, etc.) Calibrate instrumentation, optimize control loops and optimize advanced controls

Provides expertise that supports testing and commissioning activities throughout the project

Set up equipment operation related documents in order to ensure equipment productivity and plant operation requirement.

Work close with cross function for equipment improvement based on process optimization

Participate in the training & development of assigned employees in the project.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Industry electric control engineering or equivalent, Master degree is preferred

3 – 5+ years relevant working experience in engineering projects of process equipment design, construction, commissioning, new chemical plant experience and process background is preferred

DCS and PLC control system is required

Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent critical thinking skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong team working skills, with an ability to motivate and engage others

Understanding of and ability to work with high-level computer technology.

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills and knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating.

Able to work irregular hours or be on-call occasionally to support project implementation to deal with faults which occur at the plant operations.

Familiar with engineering tools, AutoCAD, process calculation applications

Fluent in reading and written English
