工作职责:

1. Design, develop, validate and implement preparative chromatographic separation and purification methods to produce API/intermediates in pilot-scale based on project requirements.

根据项目要求，设计、开发、确认并实施中试制备色谱分离纯化方法以生产API或中间体

2. Scale up the developed preparative chromatographic methods and optimize the relevant process parameters to effectively and efficiently produce API/intermediates of targeted specifications in commercial scale.

对已开发的制备色谱分离纯化方法进行放大，并优化相关工艺参数，确保API或中间体的商业化生产的顺利、高效实施，产品符合规格。

3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during API/intermediates production

在API或中间体的生产过程中提供技术支持，解决生产问题

4. Assist to purchase, qualify, maintain and manage packing materials as well as liquid chromatographic equipment of varying scale, ensuring that they are in good condition and conform to GMP and safety standards

协助采购、验证、维护和管理填料以及各种规模的液相色谱设备，确保设备状态良好，并符合GMP及安全标准

5. Communicate with clients and other internal stakeholders to understand and satisfy their needs on API production

与客户和公司研发部门保持良好的购通，以理解并满足他们对生产API的需求

任职资格:

Qualification Requirements 资历要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, chemistry, biology or other relevant discipline

化学工程、制药工程、化学、生物及其他相关专业，本科或以上学历

2. 2+ years research or industrial experience in preparative chromatographic separation method design and development

2年以上制备色谱分离方法设计和开发的研发或工作经验

3. Familiar with the principle, equipment, packing materials, process and other related aspects of preparative chromatography

熟悉制备色谱分离纯化的原理、设备、填料、工艺过程及其他相关领域

4. Strong data organization and analysis ability

良好的数据整理及分析能力

5. Knowledge in API manufacturing and/or common chemical unit operations is a plus but not a must

有API生产工艺及/或常见化学单元操作知识或经验为优，但并非必要

6. Familiar with GMP operation is preferred

熟悉GMP操作为佳

7. Good oral and written communication skill in English and Mandarin
