Your task:

• You are responsibility of the external accounting and dunning system
• You manage internal and external projects
• You verify the employees' reimbursements
• You work in a close cooperation with the management and you are the interface to external partners, e.g. contact person for customer portals
• You coordinate external tenders of our customers
• You prepare reports for the management
• You are taking over general administrative tasks

Your skills:

• You have at least a bachelor’s degree or similar education
• Your English skills are good (speaking and writing)
• You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• You have a strong service and customer orientation, are high motivated and have a professional appearance
• You have an independent and structured way of working as well as good organizational skills
• You are a team player, self-driven and pro-active, a quick learner and open minded to new ideas and feedback
• German language skills and collected experience abroad would be an advantage
