Technical

·         Responsible for maintenance of VMWare. Install and configure Linux and Windows servers for back office systems.           Investigate performance of different kinds of server OS and applications to improve stability and efficiency.

·         Act leading position on customer service team, training junior technician on technical service skills, training them               use efficient tools like FileWave and SCCM, to do system maintenance, software deployment and trouble-shooting           remotely.

·         Responsible for training junior technician on hardware maintenance, like desktop, printers, projectors, 3D printers,             laser cutters and other teaching equipment.
