一、岗位描述

1、通过在线直播平台的形式为公司的客户提供化妆品咨询服务，无任何销售性质；

2、指导客户进行相关操作，受理客户的建议和投诉；

3、记录客户信息并存档.

岗位要求：

1、具有较强的语言表达能力、沟通力及亲和力；

2、有高度的责任心和工作热情，有良好的团队合作精神；

3、有良好的心理素质，有耐心，有上进心，领悟能力强；

4、普通话流利，有化妆品行业客服或销售等经验优先；

5、会电脑Microsoft Office基本操作；
