职位职责：

1、 市场管理：对门店进行日常检查、库存检查，具体包括堆头位置、产品陈列、产品覆盖率、全国统一零售价抽查以及门店陈列、堆头执行率、门店真实性等工作，发现异常行为及时上报处理；负责门店形象的提升、巡查、考核工作，并制定区域管理体系

2.市场调研：通过调研各类基础数据，了解市场进度，诊断市场发展障碍；

3、市场监督：跟踪、督查公司的各项支持政策在市场的落实情况；

4、活动执行：产品促销、宣传、推广等活动的参与执行。

5、 负责门店员工的内部培训，负责门店员工的晋升考核、巡查等

6、 突发事件的处理， 及时完成上级领导交代的即时工作

任职资格：

1、 大专以上学历，可接纳应届毕业生；

2.热爱市场营销工作，有志于在市场营销领域长期发展，无相关经验者亦可；

3、具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力，市场感觉敏锐，有良好的沟通技巧和组织能力。
