职责描述：
? 参与各类售前和项目工作
? 与市场营销人员紧密有效合作，开发出能够有效满足营销策略、目标、日程或预算的设计
? 能够发现设计中存在的问题并设计出更完善的解决方案
? 设计并交付用户功能点描述、用户行为视觉化呈现、线框图、脚本和模型，为一系列设备和界面进行优化
? 为前端开发人员提供指导，以帮助完成设计概念、生成原型或完成最终设计
? 向客户展示并销售设计方案
? 指导初级设计团队成员

任职要求：
? 拥有设计、心理学、社会学、人机工程、计算机科学或相关专业本科以上学历
? 至少3年以上的用户体验设计经验
? 有数字产品设计经验，如微信、应用程序、桌面、网页和/或数字生态系统。有B2B应用或解决方案经验者优先
? 在创建线框图、脚本、用户流、流程流和站点地图方面有丰富的经验
? 能够熟练使用设计工具(如Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision,等)
? 了解HTML5、CSS、JavaScript、Bootstrap等web前端技术的实现能力和约束限制条件
? 有Agile/Scrum开发过程中工作的经验
? 熟悉IT和咨询业务者优先
? 良好的沟通和协作能力
? 良好的中英文读写能力
