职位描述
负责产品组装线随线支持
每日生产前设备调试，比如，自动焊接机，散热膏印刷机，扭力组装设备，剥线设备等
及时反馈及处理生产过程中出现的设备，工艺和质量异常
负责操作指导书，标准操作表编排和更新
负责新产品文件的编制和更新，返工作业指导书的制作
根据程序文件要求对设备和工装进行定期点检和保养
配合工程师和项目团队进行持续改善，设计制作工装夹具，提升产线效率
根据工程师的要求安排样品的试生产，跟踪效果
负责生产线操作员及其他员工的培训工作
上级主管交代的其他工作
职位要求：
3到5年以上医疗器械或者电子产品组装工作经验，具有锡焊经验
电子或机电类大专及以上学历，英文书面水平良好，能做简单翻译
良好的团队合作意识
熟悉计算机日常操作维护，熟练使用EXCEL、WORD、PPT、PDF及其编辑软件
有制定标准工时和线平衡基础
具有Solidworks制图经验者佳

Founded in 1967, Analogic has been recognized as a leader in advanced signal acquisition and processing. Today, our specific areas of expertise include developing enabling technologies used in computed tomography (CT), ultrasound, digital mammography (DM), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). We also develop state-of-the-art threat detection systems for airport checked-baggage screening and checkpoint screening as well as motion controls. Many of the largest, best-known medical imaging companies incorporate our high-performance imaging subsystems into their products. These products are used in most major healthcare facilities around the world to detect and treat disease.
