职位描述：

- 负责公司员工出差，酒店，机票等的预定；
- 确保所有的电话，邮件，快递和留言能及时传达给相应人员；
- 负责日常备用金的管理和到付快递费的支付；
- 负责公司员工出租车费用的报销；
- 负责办公用品及打印机耗材的及时定购；
- 负责并跟进所有办公室设备及维修请求；
- 负责并核对办公室每月的快递账单（包括国际快递，国内快递和市内快递），所有的费用资料及明细需告知给杂货部经理做参考；
- 负责准备每个月的员工生日派对；
- 负责为上海本地员工的医疗保险理赔；
- 根据要求完成临时交办的任务；

岗位要求：
- 大专或以上文凭，英语4级；
- 2年以上前台接待或行政秘书工作经验；
- 熟悉Word, Excel 和其他办公软件；
- 外向，有耐心，注重细节和拥有良好的沟通技巧；
- 良好的英语口语和书写能力；
- 能立即上岗者优先；
