Job Requirements

-Degree in Urban Design or Planning. Master's degree preferred.

-At least 2 years of experience.

-Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

-Familiarity with urban design guidelines and submission procedures to relevant authorities .

-Expertise in Adobe Design Collection, AutoCAD and Sketch up a plus.

-Experience on transport infrastructure planning, city regeneration an asset .

-Previous consulting or design enterprises abroad experience will be considered in preference .

-Fluent in Putonghua and English .

Responsibilities

- To design on urban design and master planning projects in certain scale ranging from mixed-use urban centers to large scale regional planning

- Prepare documentation related to current or prospective projects, including correspondence; reports; proposals; expressions of interest; and meeting minutes.

- Experienced on the teamwork with urban planner, transport planner, architecture and engineer.
