职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Build a positive relationship with the customer at all relevant locations, to be recognized as the face of CMI/TPO and the door opener to high level management. Be involved with all communications between the customer location and the Business Team. Understand customer's product creation process; Acquire roadmaps and long term future display centric requirements. Be flexible in personal availability.
2. Understand the customer's business by obtaining input from the customer on current performance and investigating their market position and the effect it has on their future business. Agreeing and implementing regular "Business Review Meetings" with the customer to review the business relationship and analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Develop Roadmap projections on changes to technical requirements, volumes and competition.
3. Co-ordinate responses to the customer by being an integral member of the global sales team to ensure by being an integral member of the global sales team to ensure consistency of information. Organize presentations to the customer and co-ordinate direct business team communications. Be the leader, therefore responsible for deployment where relevant, of both customer/factory site ramp up and any rapid response teams. This will also include being available for audits (when applicable) in the CMI / TPO factories by the customer.
4. Monitor progress of all programs in development and production. Ensure availability of technical support where required. Escalate any blocking issues; be involved in system and process audits. Negotiate with the customer where necessary to make sure designs confirm to CMI / TPO manufacturability and quality processes. Collect and collate PPM data from customer production locations.
5. Ensure agreed targets are achieved through efficient two-way communication with the Business Team. Be responsible for date in the CMI/TPO forecasting system and submit sales reports detailing the current (STP). Provide an overview, which will be updated regularly, on customer turnover, number of programs, etc.
Requirement:

3.Has Project Management, Marketing, Auto field, or Display working experience.
4.Familiar with China Auto market, especially has relationship with China local Auto company.
