Responsibilities:
？ Collect market, technology, and competitor intelligence or conduct market or competitive intelligence studies for analysis and development of potential R&D projects/market plans/technology plans
？ Support the Global Innovation Manager and the R&D team in driving innovation and new product development and manage new product launches in the region
？ Interfaces with the customers to identify new product opportunities and communicate these to the technical centres for further development. Serves as the communication and execution link between the technical centre and customer.
？ Identify business opportunities and generate leads for potential sales
？ Formulate action plans for new business development in discussion with the Regional Business Manager to penetrate new markets and/or actively grow market share
？ Develop and implement promotional materials, marketing communication plans and tradeshows and rollout new development projects to the market in close cooperation with commercial teams
？ Assist the Regional Business Manager in the analysis, development and implementation of business plans and marketing strategies, in terms of technology, products, market segment priorities and specific opportunities for the assigned region

Requirements:
？ Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or relevant degree
？ 6-10 years experience in technical or business development, preferably in Specialty Chemicals
？ Computer/Office literacy
？ Communications, negotiations and presentation skills
