Responsibilities:
？ Contribute to the business strategy roadmap for II and HI segment business in China.
？ Develop and implement sales objectives in line with the business strategy for II and HI segment
？ Retain current market and explore more business opportunities for II and HI segment in China.
？ Retain current market & customers
？ Develop new customers & distributors in target markets
？ Work collaboratively with team members to ensure targets are met
？ Work together with BDM and RD&I to develop new products and new innovation implementation
？ Drive change to meet business targets

Requirements:
？ Bachelor's Degree
？ 4 years or above experience of R&D and sales for II and HI products, in related business within MNC
？ Good analytical and problem solving skill and a strategic thinker.
？ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with peoples of various background
？ Ability to explore new market from zero and mindset & ability to make things happen and done
？ Must be willing to travel at least 25% of the time
