技术支持工程师（客服类） Technical Support Engineer (for Customer Service)
Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing superior service to customers through direct contact withcustomers, customer service, suppliers, and other departments within Mouser to assist in customers buying decisions.
Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing superior service to customers through direct contact withcustomers, customer service, suppliers, and other departments within Mouser to assist in customers buying decisions.
1 Accountabilities
1.1 Provide service to customers by interpreting application and assist in electronic component selection.
1.2 Provide and follow up with quotes to sales/service teams, following margin guidelines, within specified response time.
1.3 Offer associated items support.
1.4 Provide technical assistance to sales, customers, suppliers, and other departments within the company.
1.5 Provide product training for sales/service staff.
1.6 Attend trainings and meetings to acquire knowledge about new technologies, new products and new suppliers.
1.7 Provide support on company’s website, online chat, and catalog.
1.8 Maintains proper phone coverage.
1.9 Fulfill other duties assigned by management
2 Qualifications, Skills & Certifications
2.1 A bachelor degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering related fields.
2.2 Minimum 1 year working experience in electrical & electronics field, preferably in technical support and product design.
2.3 Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
2.4 In-depth theoretical and practical knowledge on electronic components, willing and able to learn new technologies.
2.5 Ability and desire to identify and satisfy the needs for product training for both internal and external audience.
2.6 Proficient PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.
2.7 Positive attitude toward self and others.
2.8 Effective communication skills both orally and written.
2.9 Detailed and thorough in work habits with the ability to multi-task.
2.10 Team work spirit.
2.11 Available for travel to participate in technical training and seminars.
