Robert, Tan & Gao (RTG) is a luxury consultancy dedicated to helping companies succeed in China

We are a group of internationally minded luxury specialists committed to China. With deep knowledge and experience in the China market, we advise companies on their long term brand strategy, developing near term tactical planning for execution across communications, product, and retail touch points.

Currently, we are seeking a well-organized individual for the position of Traffic in our firm's supporting team. He or She will be responsible for the entire Job workflow management for account teams'daily PR retainer and projects.

Job responsibilities include

Manage the entire workflow of every Job in an efficient and effective manner.
Work with account team to prepare the quotation for client approval, manage billing, keep the update for account receivable;
Proofread all Supplier contract or quotation; arrange payment to vendor, freelance etc.
Initiate Job Closing whenever possible after the job is completed
Support Office Manage for all other tasks relating to Jobs, including but not limited to timesheet monitoring and staff reimbursement checking.
Assist supporting team for other tasks that may need.


The ideal candidates will have / be:

Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of professional experience.
Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Good command of English, proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Able to handle sensitive information tactfully.
Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively.


***Traffic experience with PR or 4A agency will be highly regarded***
