Interactions with lenders and potential lenders, including providing financial statements, preparing confidentiality agreements, answering questions lenders raise in preparing credit applications, preparing conditions precedent documents for bank facilities, etc.

 

-      Handle daily transactions under bank facilities, including new drawdowns, rollovers, repayment, FX, etc.

 

-      Interact with warehouse companies / collateral managers to arrange pledge and release of materials related to bank facility utilizations.

 

-      Review of legal documentations, including bank facility agreements, collateral management agreements, confidentiality agreements, storage & logistics agreements, etc.

 

-      Improvement and/or identification, setup and implementation of reporting systems in coordination with the main trading hubs of the Gerald Group.

 

-      Raising of new bilateral bank facilities, funds and credit facilities that the Company may need to support the development of its activities.

 

-      On an ad hoc basis, assist in the preparation of financial analysis and internal credit applications for Chinese clients.

 

-      Preparation of periodic reports to the Head Office, including bank utilization, bank facilities dashboard, etc.

 

-      Participate in periodic Group Treasury conference calls and provide update on Treasury activities at GEMSHA.

 

-      Extensive coordination with Company’s front, middle and back offices.

 

-      Other functions that the Company may request, from time to time, for the Employee to perform
