职位描述
Job responsibility
1. Maintain existing customer relationships and accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule. .维持现有客户的关系,获取订单,并且通过有计划,有组织的日常工作,建立新的客户关系
2. Develop dealers and maintain the relationship with the dealers 发展经销商并维护经销商关系
3. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. 通过定期的工作和结果报告,管理本身销售工作,如日常客户电话报告、周工作计划,月度及年度区域分析等
4. Achieve company’s sales target 完成公司销售任务
5. Collect marketing information 市场信息收集
6. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the clients’ needs as well as the competition. 通过研究客户的需求以及竞争对手情况调整销售演讲的内容
7. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. 观察及分析目前市场信息,如价格,产品,新产品,交货期,商务技术等
8. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. 根据市场分析结果和竞争力发展的需求建议价格,服务和政策的改变
9. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. 调查问题并解决客户投诉;提方案;准备报告;给管理层提供建议
10. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.通过参加培训客户获取专业及技术知识,审核专业出版资料,建立个人网络,参加专业的社会活动
11. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. 通过维护区域和客户销售的记录提供历史纪录
12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 通过获取其他必要的结果为团队做贡献
资历要求
Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years working experience in sales. 5年以上销售经验
2. Rich experience industrial sales and in dealer development required.丰富的行业销售经验及经销商管理经验
Personality:
Open-minded, diligent, hardworking, and willing to travel often
