职位要求：
1.教育背景：分子生物学，生物化学，免疫学，细胞学及相关专业，本科及硕士学历。
2.专业技能：熟悉各种分子克隆技术， 如引物设计，PCR，酶切，连接等、 熟悉分子生物学研究内容的开发思路及方向、能够独立开发新产品并能解决产品开发过程中出现的问题、能够独立设计研发方案，实施研发计划；
3、具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力；
4、具有较强的细胞学和细胞培养理论、技术和方法，责任心强，喜欢试验室工作，认真并关注试验细节步骤，基本的细胞培养能力。
5、有分子生物学的实际工作经验。有较强的动手能力，有独立工作和独立钻研能力，有团队工作精神。工作认真刻苦，对工作有强烈的责任感。能够帮助同事和与他人分享工作成果和经验。
