岗位职责：
1、进行微生物菌种鉴定保存研究工作；
2、生产品种的菌种优化等相关科研开发工作。
任职资格：
1、生物工程、生物技术、微生物学等相关专业；
2、熟练操作微生物菌种保藏鉴定的操作步骤及原理；

3、具有敏捷的思维和洞察能力，良好的动手能力；
4、具有重组工程菌菌种保藏鉴定工作经验优先；

5、能够承受一定的工作压力，良好的团队合作精神。
