Job Responsibilities

· Lead cross functional product team, globally
· Lead development and obtain DPRG approval of business cases for customer quotations and engineering changes
· Lead and obtain approval for program funding / appropriation request
· Responsible for product line revenue growth, including establishing target customers and targeted program wins
· Lead detailed competitor market analysis that results in accurate cost models of competitor products
· Drive product/technology plan to meet market and target needs
· Work with AP EMS engineering teams to insure competitive products are available for integration into the system
· Manage manufacturing footprint consolidation
· Responsible for PDP project reviews - on time compliance and cross functional review board participation
· Support flawless launch and MCIP activities
· Insure PMPI business cases are completed and provided to DPSS for timely submission each year
· Actively participate in business team meeting, as required.

Job Qualifications

· Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional team and resolve conflicting priorities in a positive and constructive manner
· Demonstrated effective leadership skills
· High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
· Experience with project implementation
· Experience in engineering and/manufacturing
· Bachelors' degree in engineering and/or business
· Knowledge of DPRG and PDP process
· Willingness to work hours that cover multiple regions and time zones
· Willingness to call into DPRG, AR and Business Team review, as required
· High Level of oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to present clearly and concisely to management
