岗位职责：

(根据个人实际情况而提供不同水平的薪酬)

1.Work independently in a collaborative team environment discovering novel therapeutics for bacterial infection disease or immunologic disease

2.Design, perform and optimize assays for target identification, validation, mechanistic study as well as biomarker study

3.Analyze and interpret experimental data, communicate with team members and collaborators on working progress

4.Summarize and present research results in the project and department meetings 5.Supervise junior research stuff members (research associate, associate scientist, or research scientist)

6.Keep abreast of the current development in the area of research focus

7.Act as the scientific resource for the related diseases.

1. 负责细菌感染疾病或相关免疫系统疾病的药理研究工作

2. 负责药物研发过程中生物靶点识别、靶点验证、疾病机制或生物标记物研究

3. 负责实验数据的分析及解释、报告撰写等，针对项目进展与项目成员或合作者进行有效沟通

4. 项目或部门会议上汇报工作及讨论

5. 指导实验助理进行研究工作

6. 及时了解相关研究领域的最新进展

任职要求：

1.Ph.D or equivalent in microbiology or immunology, with 0- 5 years relevant postdoctoral experience

2.Industrial experience in small molecule drug development is preferred

3.Research experience in target identification, disease mechanistic study as well as biomarker study is a desirable

4.A broad knowledge and deep understanding of disease biology is a must

5.Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, interpret, and troubleshoot experiments

6.Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and timelines

7.Must be a team player with pro-active behavior, excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills

8.Highly motivated, innovative researcher capable of critical thinking and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

? 微生物学、免疫学或相关专业，0-5年相关研究经历，博士或同等以上学历

? 具有在工业界小分子化合物药物开发经验者优先考虑

? 具备药物靶点识别、相关疾病机制研究或生物标记物研究经验者优先考虑

? 对相关研究领域有深入的了解

? 具备实验设计、操作、解释及解决问题的能力

? 对科研工作有热情及兴趣，具有创新意识和学习能力

? 实验动手能力强，积极主动，责任心强。

? 有良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力。
