主要职责：

• 负责前台电话接听、准确结转并在结转不通时记录留言信息

• 负责接待现场来访人员，并及时通知被访人员进行接待

• 负责会议室的预定和管理，根据预定信息提前做好会议室的分割和合并，保持会议室在会前和会后整洁干净。

• 负责公司订餐等工作，快递/传真收发，办公设备的使用及管理

• 负责办公文具和行政用品的预定和分发

• 负责员工名片制作，与人力资源部确认员工名片信息准确无误，确保新员工在入职前准备好名片，在职员工名片申请后及时补充

• 负责办公室设备设施的管理，设备出现故障时及时联系责任人/维修保养人员（如物业、IT、咖啡机/饮水机供应商等）进行处理，故障排除前采取备用措施以确保办公室的正常运行

• 各项负责工作的费用结算，并提供明细清单和结算依据

• 培训并协助员工进行在线差旅申请和预定

• 其他主管安排的事宜

职位要求：

• 大专或以上学历
• 中英文口语流利
• 擅长Word和Excel
• 学习能力强，积极主动，视野开拓，愿意学习。
• 责任心强，注重细节
• 良好的沟通及人际交往能力
