1. 查阅文献，初步设计合成路线，独立按时完成有机小分子药物分子和中间体的合成和表征

2. 保持真实详细清楚整洁的实验记录和干净的实验环境

3. 积极参与项目的讨论，提出合理的建议

Job description:

1.Synthesize, purify and characterize intermediates and final compounds for testing against biological targets

2.Analyze spectroscopic data to ensure the identity and integrity of synthesized molecules

3.Conduct literature and database searches for reaction conditions and be aware of the current progress in the research focus

4.Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and research results

5.Propose target molecules and synthetic plans to supervisor and project team

6. Present research results in project and department meetings

任职要求：

1. 有机化学或相关专业学士或硕士或同等理论及实验水平

2. 具有有机实验室实际经验，熟练掌握有机合成、产物分离与结构鉴定技能

3. 工作主动敬业，踏实认真，责任心强

4. 良好的沟通能力和团队精神

1.B.S. or M.S. degree in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry or relevant disciplines

2. Strong small molecule synthetic organic chemistry skills, with the ability to independently plan and execute synthetic approaches to target molecules

3. Strong background and experience in common spectroscopy (NMR, HPLC, MS) and modern analytical techniques required

4.Highly motivated, pleasant personality to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

5.Excellent communication and organizational skills
