1. 根据市场部计划进行产品研发，打样。
2. 根据生产部生产计划，组织制定本厨房的生产计划，负责按计划核对原辅料料单及生鲜产品的原料库存及半成品库存。
3. 按生产计划合理调配人员和设备，调整生产布局和生产负荷，提高生产效率。
4. 定期组织厨房例会，全面协调厨房工作。
5. 对现场出现的问题及班长反应的问题，第一时间解决，决不拖延、敷衍。
6. 推进5s现场管理，实现生产车间标准化管理。
7. 监督检查厨房员工的工作，对违规操作提出警告并指正。
8. 监督检查生产过程中的自检，防止不合格品流入下道工序。
9. 独立制作产品配方单、使用原料出成及成品总出成。
10. 配合市场部做好新产品的研发工作，同时协助品控部一同制作QAP。
11. 严格执行生产部绩效管理办法。
12. 负责厨房劳保用品和工具的日常管理。

SATS sees tremendous growth opportunities outside of Singapore and the non-aviation fast/casual food service segment has been identified as a fast growing industry in China. Apart from providing services to various Chinese and foreign airlines at the airports in China, SATS has established various joint-ventures, acquired companies and also build our own central kitchens in different parts of China. At the end of 2018, SATS has also established its Greater China Regional Headquarters in Shanghai to better manage the different entities and also chart the strategies for more aggressive growth moving forward.
