1. Position Responsibility:
1) Responsible for all Loan Operations(Including Commercial Loan, Term Loan, Shipping & PAEF, and Entrustment loan, etc.) in SEB Shanghai in accordance with the following procedure
a. Collect and check loan supporting documents required internally and externally ensuring that all documents are compliant and completed for credit limit setup, loan drawdown, rollover, and repayment ;
b. Verify facility limit to ensure that loan amount does not exceed the allocated limit before each drawdown;
c. Check outstanding loan status and send repayment/rollover reminder to clients one week before a due date. Inform CEs/AMs of the loans falling due;
d. Cooperate with CE/AM/Treasury on loan related issues;
e. Coordinate with GO SG for loan related system processing (i.e. limit setup, amendments, drawdown, rollover, and repayment);
f. Coordinate with clients for loan card annual review and guarantor number application to SAFE when necessary;
g. Prepare and validate day to day loan operational related reports to meet internal and local regulatory requirements;
h. Provide advice for new loan products;
i. Participate in client meetings and provide operational advice when required;
j. Escalate errors/issues to supervisor and/or CEs if any/necessary;
k. Other ad hoc duties assigned by the team leader.
2) Others
a. Take the ownership of AML and BOP reporting
b. EoD batch entry filing
c. Assist other coworkers in managing files and other administrative issues in Operations;
d. Other ad hoc duties assigned by the team leader.

2. Job Requirements
a. Bachelor degree or above;
b. Proactive, problem solving oriented with good working attitude, and willing to work under pressure;
c. Good communication skill;
d. Good English in written and spoken.
e. Fresh graduate who is graduate in March 2013 is preferred
