主要职责

1.根据天猫店铺实际需求进行货品补货、调拨、追单，以达到各店铺合理的库存销售比；

 2.负责货品的出库分析、销售分析，熟悉货品分析；

 3.领导月度库存预测，以分析现状并预估确保目标成就的风险或机会。

 4.及时关注单点库存结构变化，使总体库存占比在合理范围内；

 5.与货品部,设计部密切配合，关注货品情况，结合销售情况、及时对货品进行调配或结构调整

 6.完成上级交办或相关部门提出需要协助的工作。

Main responsibilities:

1. Replenish and allocate goods according to the actual demand of T-mall store,and reach the inventory-sale ratio for every online store.

2. Responsible for products outbound analysis, sales analysis, familiar with  product analysis

3. Lead monthly inventory forecast to review the status-quo and disclose risks or opportunities to ensure target achievements. Drive cross-functional alignment and actions well executed

4. Explore current inventory reporting lens and relevant issues. Co- Lead system enhancement with IT to improve inventory'ssvisibility across channels and reporting's automation.  

任职资格 (Requirements): ？

• Bachelor Degree or above ？ 
• 3 year or above related experience in retail company, worked in fast fashion industry preferred. 3年以上品牌相关岗位任职经验，快消行业优先。？ 
• Strong organization and communication skills, good coordination capabilities and flexibility, excellent language ability both verbal and written.有较强的组织沟通能力，协调能力及灵活应变能力，良好的口头及书面表达能力。
• Sensitive to data, acute market sensitivity, familiar with all kinds of data analysis methods and tools.对数据敏感，市场触觉敏锐，熟悉各类数据分析方法及工具。？ 
• have responsibility for work, pay attention to the details, adept at analysis, judgment and strain, good interpersonal relationship (Team work).责任心强，注意细节，善于分析、判断、应变，人际关系（团队精神）良好。？ 
• Honesty, enthusiasm, high loyalty, have a passion for retail works, ability to work in fast paced environment.诚实守信，忠诚度高，热忱于零售工作并适应其工作节奏。
