Brief Job Description：

Ability to manage a group, establish priorities, direct daily activities / assignments, provide staff training/ personnel development and coordinate / interface with various departments.

Must be results oriented, organized, flexible with the ability to handle multiple projects, capable of decision making with good interpersonal and problem solving skill.

Must possess a good working knowledge of various Operational Processes:

* Receiving Inspection / Control & Disposition of Nonconforming Material

* System Integration / Product Testing

* Receiving / Packaging / Shipping

* Be familiar with internal audit process

 

Position requires knowledge of Process Data collection / Analysis / Charting,Incorporation of Engineering Change requests .

the ability to write Departmental / Process procedures and a through understanding of Internal Auditing techniques.

 

Experience:

BS in Quality Management or any related Engineering field with 6 – 8 years experience and at least 4 years in Quality Management.

 

Special skills:

Must have good oral and written communication skills, Must possess above average

Skills in using the computer, Microsoft Office, familiar with data bases and the ability to learn the Company’s software programs.
