Main responsibilities

1)Responsible for the discipline of the team staff and the day-to-day production management.
负责班组人员纪律及日常生产管理工作。
2)Responsible for the the team shift work.
负责班组交接班工作。
3)Responsible for no administrative duty officers during the plant area safe / orderly production and day-to-day operations, in emergency situations can organize the factory existing resources processing and promptly notify the appropriate management personnel.
负责无行政班人员期间厂区内安全/有序生产及日常运作， 遇紧急情况可组织厂内现有资源进行处理并及时通知相应的管理层人。
4)Timely report to the higher authorities of the team's personnel and production.
及时向上级主管汇报班组人员及生产情况。
5)Complete the departmental production targets as required.
按要求完成部门生产指标。
6)New staff positions operator training. Convened in the region technicians carry out the production technology research seminar, to develop implementation plans.
新员工岗位操作培训。召集本区域技术员开展生产技术攻关研讨，制定实施方案。
7)Management of the production activities of the production area, achieve semi-finished goals and meet production goals.
管理生产区域生产活动，实现半成品目标和达到生产目标。
8)Production data collection and analysis, and timely reporting.
收集生产数据和分析，及时汇报。
9)To supervise workers work and production quality, reduce scrap.
监督工人工作及生产质量，最大限度地降低报废率。
10)Estimated human needs, allocation of existing resources.
估计人力需求，分配现有资源。
11)Supervision and training of production staff.
监督及培训生产员工。
12)Implementation of the relevant standards and procedures.
贯彻执行相关的标准及程序。
13)Responsible for production manager and complete its arrangements other reasonable work.
对生产经理负责并完成其安排的其他合理工作。


Qualification/Profile

1)College degree or above;
大专或以上学历；
2)National company in more than three years of production management experience, and equipment operation or maintenance experience.
有三年以上的外资企业生产管理工作经验，并具有设备操作或维修保养经验。
3)Has a strong sense of leadership and organizational skills.
具有较强的领导意识和组织能力。
4)Familiar with the operation and maintenance of production equipment.
熟悉生产设备的操作和维护。
5)Management ， statistical and Lean knowledge, can shift.
具有管理,统计及精益生产知识，能倒班。
6)Good English literacy a priority.
良好的英文读写能力优先考虑。
