岗位要求：

1.、负责提供产品咨询、订购、处理订单，确保订单信息准确无误。

2.、做好销售订单制作及跟踪，安排产品发货。

3、协调与仓库、生产采购部门的工作。将订单分级下单至生产部门，并对交期、交货状况进行跟踪，确保货物可以在预定时间预备完成。

4、出货跟催及安排，开票及货款跟催。

5、协同销售人员处理客户在产品销售及使用过程中出现的问题，并及时联系相关部门妥善处理和解决。

6、负责收集、整理、归纳和报关相关文件资料。

7、完成临时交办的其他工作。

任职要求;

1、从事销售助理方面相关工作经验不少于1年

2、熟悉公司公文的写作，能编写各种文件规定

3、能熟悉使用电脑办公软件

4、善于够用、协调、服务意识强、工作迅捷、认真负责

5、较强的文字功底
