Position Title: Partner, or Associate Partner

Location: Shanghai

1.Highly self-disciplined, ethical and a role model in current profession

2.Very experienced in a broad range of China tax practices, including corporate income tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, customs, foreign exchange, and individual income tax.

3.Able to bear responsibility in strategy setting, marketing, budgeting and profitability:

•  Can translate strategy into goals and align resources to achieve objectives
•  Can organize business development activities to identify opportunities
•  Can develop professional and state-of-the-art marketing materials
•  Can exercise leadership and multi-jurisdiction project management skills
•  Can develop and maintain a close relationship with internal and external partners (with WTS member firms, chambers, associations, professional firms, etc.)

4.Able to generate innovative ideas and turn them into profitable business opportunities

5.Able to establish a strong leadership and inspire followership through passion, integrity, and appreciation of others

Requirements:

1.University graduate, with minimum twelve (14) years’experience in China tax practice

2.Has been a tax partner or a tax head for at least two (2) years

3.Holder of China CPA or CTA, or internationally recognized qualifications

4.Proven record in commitment and quality (note: able to produce two recommendation letters from the most recent employers)

5.Proactive, mature, committed, motivated with a strong sense of team work

6.Long-term residency in Shanghai is preferred

7.Excellent presentation skill in English and Mandarin
