a.Minimum 3 years’ field sales experience in servicing semiconductor IC packaging and/ or LED manufacturing industry.

b.Technical knowledge on IC packaging such as wire bond, molding, flip chip and especially on plasma cleaning is an added advantage.

c.Maintain good relationships with existing customers and be able to open up new sales accounts within China.

d.Candidate must be University Degree in Engineering/ semiconductor.

e.Able to travel within short notice

f.Ability to think and work independently to complete jobs with limited guidance.

g.Strong communication and presentation skills

h.Must be able to speak and write English language. This is necessary.

1、有三年以上半导体设备销售的经验。

2、熟悉中国半导体封/LED市场

3、了解半导体 wire bonding，molding，flip chip 过程

4、工程相关的大专/本科 学位。

5、有能力去设计及推动销售策略，开拓新客户

6、能够接受临时通知在内的出差

7、工作上灵活，坚韧，勤奋，主动

8、必须具有良好的英语沟通能力（谢绝无英语基础的应征者）

9、在有限的指导下有能力可以独立思考及工作。
