Customer Service Rep
Job Description
?Responsible for order fulfillment: order entry, backlog management, on-time delivery, shipment follow up and channel resale management.
?Interface with China EMSI, MNC customers.
?Liaison with SBE planning, Finance & PDC to ensure orders are fulfilled
?Manage customer expectations & complains...e.g. special ship instructions, RMR
?Manage EDI/EDI-JIT/Consignment programs with customers, where appropriate
?Be able to well communicate to a diverse and global organization on daily basis.
Basic Qualifications
?Bachelor or above degree of Business Administration, Arts or International Trade
?Specialized experience, knowledge & skills:
?Interpersonal & communication skills
?Knowledge of Microsoft office tools such as excel, words, PowerPoint.
?SAP experience a plus
?Able to handle stress/dead-lines well in a dynamic environment
?A team player
