1. Qualifications
1) College degree or above, logistics, transportation management, International trade major, order handling or related fields.

2) 3 years or above of work experience in logistics operations and customs declaration, having import/export logistics experience is preferred.

3) Familiar with operational procedures and related logistics freight forwarding standards, with transport and logistics.

4) To understand the order handling, order follow-up, operation of customs, commodity inspection, the harmonization of customs, and commodity inspection, etc.,

5) Strong communication and problems solving skills;

6) Being meticulous and Pressure working spirits;

7) Good English speaking is a must.

8) 25-35 years old, *** is preferred.
2. Key Responsibilities
1) Export/import Customs declaration/clearance.

a) Export Documents Preparation and goods tracking.

b) Import Documents Preparation and goods tracking.

c) Customs broker management and Forwarders Management.

d) Maintain relationship with CIQ /customs and ensure all imported products are compliance with CIQ and customs requirement

e) Secure actual inbound/outbound lead time to support OTD ( on time delivery )

f) Export tax rebate documentation

g) Good English communication is a must.

2) Order handling and order follow-up

a) Purchase orders received from overseas, checking and feedback to other Flowrox Group units in time

b) Finish/feedback related purchase orders to suppliers on time and clearly.

c) Combine all purchased items into a shipment from different suppliers, finish related export documentation and follow the logistics smoothly.

d) Follow up all orders to deliver on time and in time as required.

3) Cost control and Process Improvement

a) KPI measurement report, weekly and monthly reports

b) Logistics cost capture and assist logistics leader/manager on budget allocation

c) Cost analysis and assist logistics leader/manager on cost saving project

d) Improve total inbound/outbound lead time and cost/time efficiency

e) Creating freight payment documents to finance

f) Creating suppliers payment documents to finance

g) Assisting logistics leader /manager to ensure all logistics activities compliance

4) Other responsibilities that the managers appointed if needed.

3. Monthly Salary(estimated): will negotiated if there are some interviews later.

4. Expected working date (estimated): 1st April 2019 latest.

5. Note: This Export/Import logistics specialist reports directly to Material & Service manager
