Benham and Reeves Residential Lettings - Business Development Manager

Job Description

• To build new network and channels with developers, partners, agency/agents for lettings and management, InStyle furnishing and listing for Sales
• To build and maintain relationship with clients
• To determine new market segments and to develop new business opportunities through collaboration
• To provide content and marketing support for company’s events, articles, etc
• To support developers / real estate agency property launches
• Following up with new business opportunities and setting up meetings
• Planning and preparing presentations
• WeChat account management

Requirements

Over 2 years' experience in UK residential real estate

Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills

Higher Diploma or degree holder

Overseas Education (especially in UK) is a plus

Proactive, well organized, self-motivated, good presentation, excellent customer service

willing to learn and positive attitude

Team player and good attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, friendly personality

Complete fluency in BOTH English and Mandarin.

Proficiency in IT - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Mobility:

Willing to travel to meet clients and attend events throughout China

Willing to work occasional weekends to assist with property exhibitions and seminar events
