工作职责:

1、确保最新版本的程序文件放在指定地点，回收旧版。

2、控制部门表格，包括分发、旧版回收等。

3、进行程序生效的培训跟踪。

4、跟踪程序文件升版通知，搜集部门签字回执。

5、员工的培训安排，包括的新员工的培训，个人年度培训计划的指定。

6、公共物料及耗品的管理工作。

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历

2、英语，药学等专业，或者其他等同的经历。

3、具有英语学习经历，或者良好的英语听说读写能力。

4、较强的交流与协作能力及写作与口语能力，杰出的人际交往能力。

5、相关的生产相关工作经验/经历优先考虑

6、文件管理或GMP生产有培训经历或工作经验者优先。

7、具有良好地解决问题的能力

8、具有团队精神，能完成绩效目标。
