工作内容:

        为有租赁办公室需求的客户提供租赁咨询服务；

   完成日常带看、谈判、合同准备、签约等工作；

    维护现有的客户及客源渠道；

    拓展新的销售渠道；

   完成公司布置的销售指标；

   根据市场行情及公司销售战略提出相关推广方案；

—  维护良好的客户关系和品牌专业形象；

   完成主管交办的其他工作。 

任职资格:

教育背景:

◆市场营销专业或相关专业本科以上学历。

经     验:

◆2年以上房产类销售相关工作经验。

技能技巧:

◆具有丰富的租赁行业的销售经验和技巧；

◆具有良好的口语表达能力、人际交往能力、沟通能力；

◆具有较强的市场洞察力，懂得及时调整销售策略；

◆有良好的英语或日语口语、阅读、书写能力；

◆熟练操作办公软件及办公自动化设备。

◆工作严谨细致，有责任心；

◆学习能力强，善于分析、思考问题；

◆有时间观念，独立性强，具备团队合作精神。
